In 2014 she underwent heart surgery. "I was born with supraventricular tachycardias, or SVT syndrome, which often made my heart go wild. My heartbeat could shoot up to 250 to 300 beats per minute at certain times. I was not able to train properly until I was 16 because it happened quite often. If your heartbeat goes so fast, you get so tired that you just want to lie down or sleep all day. This was very frustrating and it limited me in my development."
