Famous relatives | Her father Michael Hall competed in speed skating for Canada at the 1994 Olympic Winter Games in Lillehammer, finishing ranked 22nd in the men's 5000m event. When and where did you begin this sport? | She began speed skating at age five and at age six joined the Salmon Arm Ice Breakers in British Columbia, Canada. She initially competed in short track before switching to long track speed skating. "I really enjoyed Salmon Arm; it was a good place to learn how to skate. I'm more passionate about long track than short track." |
