Reason for choosing this sportShe took up roller skating at a young age. "I got into the sport [roller skating] because I knew I was going to win. I was taken to figure skating lessons but once I saw it was all about spins I didn't even change [out of my clothes]. I wanted to compete in races." She switched to speed skating on ice in 2016. "It was a dream. When I was asleep, I dreamed I was an ice skater, and a week later I had the same dream, so I started thinking about it. I searched on the internet for ice skating in Argentina. Then I found a federation and contacted them. They told me that they had a programme in Salt Lake City [UT, United States of America], and that's how I started. This was in 2016 and in 2017 I went to Salt Lake City for the first time. I gave up inline skating in 2016. That was the last time I trained professionally for inline."
When and where did you begin this sport? She began roller skating at age eight. In 2016 she took up speed skating on ice.
